I was born with 5 sisters & 1 brother. I did my schooling at Cambridge Matriculation School from L.K.G to X (from 1996 to 2008) & now I am pursing my career as an Assistant Surgeon at Government Primary Health Centre, Pudur, Vilathikulam, Thoothukkudi District, Tamil Nadu. Moreover this institution helped me to create a great identity in this society. For this, I & my family will always be grateful to our school & our respectable teachers. I would really admire about my correspondent sir & madam about their great endless service in educating the rural children like me & my kith & kins. I wish this endless service to be continued till higher secondary education which will be very helpful to the rural people in & around our school.

I would like to thank those respectable helping hands in advance.

Mr. M. Varatharaja Perumal

I am an Alumni of Cambridge English School and always feel proud about it. I have studied in the school from 1987 to 1994 (LKG to 5th standard). My parents are Farmers and I am a First Generation School kid. Cambridge English School is the foundation for me, where my teachers trained me well and which helps me to achieve the greater heights now. As we were Poor, I know my parents were struggled to manage with my school fees. Still I remember the school fees was 15 Rupees that time for 5th standard, which also tough for my parents to pay that. But, my Madam Mrs.Victoria Paul Raj provided fees concession for some months and for some months I have studied without Fees too. I remember and carry forward her help lifelong. The school had Excellent Teachers with infrastructure to perform the studies in effective way. After my 5th standard, I joined in the Government High School Kongarayakurichi and I scored FIRST rank in each exam from 6th to 10th all because of the strong base from Cambridge. I have scored 430 Marks in SSLC, and then i joined in St.Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai. I have completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Government College, Tirunelveli at 2005. One more thing I have to specify about the subject. In fifth standard, I have studied Hindi Subject and I was able to read and write. After my graduation I got the Job offer at New Delhi and afraid of going too far to do a Job due to the language barrier. But, the Hindi language, I studied in my School days helped me, which has given me confidence to learn to speak the language faster and associate with the office colleagues of Northern India. Victoria Madam’s Vision was un imaginable for students of such a small village and humble background. Presently I am working as a Power Plant Design Engineer in Siemens at Gurgaon, Haryana.

I am a Proud Alumni of Cambridge English School.

I thank God Almighty for having given me the opportunity to write few words about the education during my childhood in this esteemed institution. Let me remember the first day of my school in this Cambridge. Yes, it's like a first day or first few months/weeks of a foetus in a mother's womb which plays an important role in an individual's growth and development. The day started with sparkling imaginations, fertile minds bud with a bitter cry, but now I can clearly say the fruit is sweet. I respect my school because it enlightened my mind without Google. Success is the sum of small efforts. Sum of all small efforts taken by my school is nothing but the success of me as a researcher in education.

CAMBRIDGE School transformed me as a

C - Comprehensive, Creative, Curiosity and Clever

A - Affectionate, Ambitious, Adventurous and Adaptable

M - Magnetized, Matured, Methodical and Mnemonic

B - Blooming, Believable, Beneficent and Bounteous

R - Radiant, Ranked, Reasoned and Reconstructed

I - Ignitable, Imaginative, Improved and Incredible

D - Designed, Decisive, Delighted and Daisy

G - Gifted, Giving, Greenish and Gradable

E - Eminent, Encouraged, Enduring and Energetic

As a researcher, I can clearly justify that my school provided me open mindedness, Scientific enquiry, Observing capacity, Hands on experience, Analysing concepts, etc., Especially it provided me to be developed in Scholastic, Non-Scholastic behaviours and all round development. Curricular, Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities made me to stand before thousands these days. All class teachers were like match sticks, they lighted me every year in the various dimensions of development. God has blessed me with a correspondent family who had not only given the education up to 5th standard but also they trained me to clear the entrance exam for 6th standard in a reputed institution in Sarah Tucker Girls Hr. Sec. School. It should be recorded in this moment that out of many hundreds of students who attended the Entrance, by the Grace of God and the coaching, basic concepts and all the skills that they gave me during my 7 years of feeding education. I got 275/300 in the entrance exam on May 1992. That much efforts were taken by the school environment to made me to “Arise and Shine” as a Researcher/Doctorate in Education. It was clearly ensured by me that the language, communication skill, accent, and handwriting I learnt in my school days helps me now to Arise and Shine in my countries nowadays through online meetings. The motto (Arise and Shine) is fulfilled completely in my life.

Thanks to the Respected Correspondent's family, all my teachers, friends and well-wishers of my unforgettable campus Cambridge

Mr. Abdul Cader

Hello

I am Abdul Cader working in Logistics Assistant, Riyadh Saudi Arabia and I started my schooling in Cambridge English School, Kongarayakurichi till 5th Standard. We only had till 5th standard then, otherwise I would have continued there. Located in a small village, the school has seen major developments in these years. During my school days I used to join all events except dance because I was so shy during those days. One day I joined in school day dance practice because of the compulsion of my teachers, still now I don’t have any hesitation in joining any events, even now I am organizing some events in my organization.

I have learnt a lot from this school and always proud of my school.

Thank you

Ms. Saravanakumari

I have spent the most precious days of my life in Cambridge School. Starting as a child of L.K.G. my carear upto standard X had been a free of cost in this institution. This school gave me education without expecting fee. I reside at a village name manakkarai. Our school is about 4Km from my home. Constructed in this rural environment, this school serves as a knowledge centre to almost every village in and around it. Many parents who were not educated consider this school as a gift to their children. Likewise I and my sisters gained a lot of knowledge at this place where education is not treated as money. Our school also provides fee concession for the physically challenged children. I obviously find this as a service. While education is all about money nowadays, my school gave all those school memories and education to me at zero cost. Not only me, thousands of students who had left this school and are shinning at present wish to see the developed infrastructural facilities of our school. If this would happen, I swear more would gain knowledge like me.

Pastor J. Kingsly

I completed my primary education at Cambridge English School from 1989 to 1992. Our school is functioning in the village of Kongarayakurichi with very talented teachers and it was very useful for me to start the carrier. School management offers fee concession for me because of my family situation. Our school is the gift which is offered by my God the Almighty and it is more helpful to all the students in this rural area. By the Gods grace I completed my degree and I started my ministry in my father’s church “NEW LIFE APOSTALIC CHRISTIAN MISSION” (CEFI DIOCESE). Since my school days I was more interested in preaching gods message to all my friends. During the time of my primary schooling I love to study value education. With the base of value education, now I am doing gods service to my people. I always absorbed the school management activities through my peoples. The management works a lot and invested a lot in the growth of our village.

Congratulations to the further growth of this school.

Ms. R. Guru Krithika

I want to express my sincere gratitude for all the efforts given by my school (Cambridge Matric School). Myself with a siblings of 6 members in my family, were completed our schooling from KG to X in Cambridge school. There was a super bend between my school & my family because our stepping stone of my family education had started in this school. The management helped a lot for my family’s education. They have done a great job for the transformation of many families’ around my village from uneducated to educated family. Now I proud to say myself as a Sub Inspector of Police. But now my school is in an embarrassing situation, and we hope the respectable sponsors will help my school to take over the situation, and it will be useful for many families’ transformation around my village.

Once again my heartfelt thanks for my school (Cambridge) for their great service.

Mr. J. Selwyn

I am Selwyn, an alumnus of CES, Kongarayakurichi. I am so proud of being a student from CES because the base education what they pour in my mind is still helping me to develop my carrier in smooth & toughest situation. The history of my school days is a golden era with plenty of memories especially the evening coaching class, strict teachers, sports activities etc. My correspondent always told me like this ‘Time is Precious, don’t waste it”. Still now those words are in my mind and these words helped me a lot in my carrier improvement. After my Studies in CES, I completed my higher education in St.John’s, Palayamkottai after that I completed by diploma in IRT Poly in Tirunelveli and then I graduated as an Engineer in Government college of Engineering, Tirunelveli. Still I remember the golden words said by my correspondent. Heard that management helped many students in providing free education and also given many concession to the poor students. Without my base education I can’t able to work in the following companies with experience, 6+ Years in IT Education/Marketing and 7+ years of experience in various Information Technology and Management support of Red Hat Linux & Windows. Managing & Leading 16 branches in LIC of India, Tirunelveli Division. Managing ATM Machine Maintenance 24x7 support for 3 Districts (ICICI). Relationship Building with technical team and Business team. Business Development with new initiatives. Thanks for my school, Hope I am one of the blessed student in CES. I always wish my school should be No.1 among all the school sin Tamil Nadu. In future it will reach to National and International level.

All the best from my side.
