Rules and Regulations
Students should arrive at the school at least five minutes before the first bell is rung.
All students must be in school on time and attend the prayer punctually.
Every student must bring the school book to school daily.
It is strictly compulsory for every child to come to school in full School Uniform. Children without the proper uniform will not be admitted into their classes.
The uniform should be maintained well and children should be dressed in clean and well fitted uniforms.
At the sound of the first bell, all should assemble and take the allotted places in front of the school assembly stage for prayer, from where they go in silence to their respective classrooms.
Every pupil must possess the school diary which should be brought to school daily.
Children must be responsible for their own books, pens, pencils, bag and boxes which they bring to school. However the teachers are always there to help the children in all possible ways.
Children are required to keep their text books and notebooks neatly covered and in proper order. Parents must help children in covering the books and stitching them if pages begin to fall apart.
It is important that children should attend school regularly. Unnecessary leave taken by children must be stopped as it will spoil child's education.
Children will not be allowed in school if taken leave unless there is a reasonable leave letter.
The students should not be sent to school if they have any infection diseases like Flu, Mums, Measles, Infection, Hepatitis, Severe Cold, Typhoid, Eye Pain.
Pupils absent for any examination will not be examined separately.
Every student is expected to keep up the high tone of discipline of the school by excelling in conduct, good manners and cleanliness both in and out of the school.
The use of jewellery (for Girls) Heena/Mehandi and make up is forbidden. Maintaining open long hair and using nail polish and coloured bop-pins are not permitted.
It is compulsory for boys to wear a plain white inner vest at all times.
Accessories of any kind like bracelets, earrings, chains, rings and the like are not permissible. Their hair must be short.
Senior boys are expected to be clean shaved.
Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is never allowed.
If any child misbehaves in the school the child will be sent out of the school with T.C.
Parents should co-operate with school authorities in encouraging your children to take part in various school activities such as sports day, school day and competitions etc.
The school uniform is compulsory at the school functions, unless instructed otherwise.
Progress report will be issued after every monthly tests and the progress report is to be returned duly signed by parents within 3 days from the date of issue.
Students are not permitted to use the school telephone except in urgent cases with permission.
It is the responsibility of the students to see that the school premises, class rooms and surroundings are kept clean at all times. Waste paper should always be thrown into the waste paper buckets and bins kept for that purpose.
Honesty is expected from every student. If a student finds something that does not belong to him/her, should hand them over to the school office.
Parents are welcome to visit the school. However they are requested not to enter the class rooms during school hours. They are asked to meet the correspondent or Administrative officer or The Principal and not to the teachers.
The co-operation of all parents is expected in ensuring the pupils attendance, conduct and academic progress.
All must co-operate to maintain cleanliness in the school. Hence no papers, food particles and other rubbish should be thrown in the school campus or the class room, but should be put into the bins provided for the purpose.
